We will arrange arrange for interested parties to view your property. If you wish to be accompanied by a Phoenix representative we are happy to include this as part of our service.

Offers
Upon receipt of any offers (or notes of interest) we will notify you both verbally and in writing. If any such offers are found to be acceptable they will be forwarded to a solicitor of your choice to commence the legal process to conclude the sale.
